Corporate matching gifts are a great way for you to maximize personal contributions to Foster and Adoptive Family Services and increase the impact of your gift.

To find out if your employer has a matching gift program, please check with your Human Resources or Payroll department. If your company has a matching gift program you may want to ask for donation guidelines and a list of eligible charities.

Thank you for your interest in helping children in foster care with a matching gift donation. Each company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees, and widows/widowers. Most corporate procedures for making a matching gift donation by mail are very simple:

1. Request a Matching Form from your company.

2. Complete and submit the form to FAFS along with your gift. Completed forms, with your personal gift stated, may be sent to:

3. FAFS will verify the completed form and return it to the company.

4. The company issues a matching gift contribution to FAFS.
Through the corporate Matching Gift program, FAFS will continue to provide support,training and advocacy
to meet the special needs of foster, adoptive and kinship families, who provide safe, stable and nurturing homes for children in foster care.
