Free Foster Adoptive Kinship Parent Training NJ

FAFS’ foster adoptive & kinship parent training is available to all licensed resource parents through a contract with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families. To stay on track, we recommend all parents complete hours annually. Primary Resource Parents should complete 7 in-service training hours and Secondary Parents should complete 5 in-service training hours. This is to ensure all hours will be met at the time of your renewal inspection.

Training Made For You

Our free foster adoptive & kinship parent training is relevant and specific to the needs of our families and the children they serve. Topics are designed to help you take the best care of the children in your home while meeting your in-service training hours licensing requirements.
